Elementary school

If your child is healthy they should go to elementary school

If your child is healthy they should go to elementary school as usual.

If your child is ill or show any symptoms

If your child is ill or show symptoms they should stay at home from elementary school. The child needs to stay at home as long as it feels sick and be free from symptoms for two days before coming back to elementary school.

If your child is ill or has any symptoms you have to report their absence in Skola24 according to ordinary routine. You may as well report the absence through the app Unikum Familj.

If your child has or gets any symptoms during the schoolday the staff will contact you immediately.

If your child belongs to one of the risk groups

There are pupils that belongs to the risk groups of being more severely affected by infection from the corona virus, covid-19, for example reduced immune system or a chronic disease as diabetes or heart disease. If your child belongs to a risk group and you feel concern about if the child should remain at school, please contact the treating physician if you have questions about the medical estimation.

If your child belongs to a risk group and is deemed to be home from elementary school you should contact the school so distance tuition can be arranged. This is to secure that your child will to the greatest extent receive its right to education.

If your child is healthy, but has someone in the family who belongs to one of the risk groups

If your child is healthy it should primarily go to school as usual. Do you have further questions get in contact with your child's mentor.
